Our developers have:

• At least 3 years of Java development experience

• At least 2 years of Bukkit development experience

• Experience with Redis and MySQL

• Experience with Git, GitHub, and the "git" command

• Experience with Node.js and PHP are a plus, but are not required

• Experience working in a team/collaborative environment

Cam and Bill have been here since 2012 with Gideon joining in 2014. Between three of them, they have a huge amount of experience.

The development team has been putting a huge amount of development into our anti-cheat. If you check our recent dev changelogs you'll see exactly what they're working on.

If you find any moderators ignoring you on Teamspeak or sitting AFK in a hub, send a DM my way with screenshots.

The senior staff team does contribute a huge amount of time to ensure moderators are doing sufficient amount of work on MCGamer as well as helping out with the hiring process.

Me (being an EU player) hasn't experienced any lag playing recently. If this is an issue for you, submit an issue on our GitHub. It will get resolved a lot quicker there.
