How long until you guys answer?

Hello. I have sent a donor transfer request to [email protected] two days ago. Still no answer. What is going on, guys? Please, answer it already! I know, there are "tons of people" waiting to get their tickets answered, but I don't really think it's that hard to tell me to buy a Donor Transfer Fee. Thanks in advance.

I, actually, no longer have acces to that e-mail. It has been stolen. That's why I am trying to move my Diamond Donor to another account which I have acces to the e-mail of.

Our responses usually take up to 1-3 business days to respond. We are located in the Pacific time zone and will answer requests during normal business hours (9-5PM). Please note that Saturday and Sunday is not a business day and requests made on the weekends may take longer to respond.

If you sent it two days ago, I would wait a little longer. I'm sure they'll get to you.
