How Does this Happen??

So this really ticked me off. Right after the countdown to start the game i ran for a spawn chest. A guy Hit me with his fist one time and i died. I lost 101 bounty for that. Someone tell me how this happens?????

I dont think its hacks because it happened to me before but I got away before I was killed

This is a bug that is happening like crazy. Fists are killing people. Not exactly sure how it works....
