How does the server choose who gets kicked so a donator can join

How exactly does the server pick the best candidate to be kicked? Because I've been kicked numerous times even though I'm doing the parkour and moving around while a lot of people are afk at spawn.

It's judged on who joins the server last. So if you are the 24th person to join, then a donor comes on, you will be kicked. Try to join games when they are still reasonably empty, or stay on one game and wait for the server to restart in order to instantly join back in so you won't be kicked.
