You look on the server list, pick an IP and connect using minecraft.

If you look in the top left-hand corner of your screen while on this website, theres a tab that says, "servers." If you click on that, it gives you a variety of server IPs to connect to cia Minecraft. Type one of these IPs in in your multiplayer menu on minecraft. If you don't know how to do that, load up Minecraft and select multiplayer. Then, select "direct connect." Type a seever ip into the space that it gives you, and you should be good to go!
