How do you get VIP?

Hello, I posted this to know all the requirements for VIP as I was trying to help PrivateFearless get VIP and he has over 10k subs and some MCSG content but he said Chad wouldn't give him VIP.
Does he need more MCSG content?

Don't apply for someone else, honestly. I believe he does want VIP in every big server but still. He doesn't post enough MCSG, in fact all he really post's nowadays is just Hive content.
