How do you become a moderator.

I would really like to help the community out because of the fact that;
1. I'm having a blast .
2. I'm tired of people spamming and/or hacking (speed hacking, x-ray, client user, etc.) and would like to do something about it.

If anyone could answer this question it would really help me out, thanks.

Chad once said that if you are not 18 you can always give it a go.
