How do I get back to 1.6.2

Hey! I went to 1.6.4 and checked what it was all about and I don't know how to gte back plz halp this nub.

Here is a video I found that should be able to help you out. Just choose 1.6.2 as the previous version:

Edit: And yes he did Another thing I will add is that you can do the same thing by pressing Edit Profile and choosing the version. So you don't have to create a new profile if you don't want to.

You go to new profile, go to version, and click what version you want.
