There are many ways you can contact a staff member... You can private message them over the forums, poke them over TeamSpeak, or even talk to them in the Survival Games themselves. If you go the forums tab at the top, to the right should be a list of the online staff members. You shouldn't bother trying to contact Chad because of the fact that he's so busy, and it's highly unlikely that he'll reply in a timely manner.
