It does not matter that it is a new version, you will need Simey's permission and even if he does say yes (which I highly doubt) this won't get accepted because they said they are not accepting remakes anymore.

Also, even if you do fix the thread, it will not matter. They do not accept remakes, you do not appear to have Simey's permission, and I find it hard to believe you made Holiday Resort 'better'.
