Hey! I was just wondering around... Can someone help me?

I`m tired of all the hackers ruining my day! Most of the time I`m like : "Nice! Finally got a diamond sword, full iron and a golden apple!" And a guy just comes up with a wood axe and rekks my day. :/
I`m relatively not good on the server, because every time i come and play, i get ruined buy hackers. And when the wood axe guy rekkt me he was like : "Full health baby!" and i was just like -_-....
So, i researched a little bit, and found out that, somehow, i could get moderator. I was just wondering if someone wanted to help me find out how. I would really like to be like Hacker patrol. I hope someone helps me.
