Not sure if this is where to post this specific issue, but I don't see where else. Can anyone tell me why my game keeps crashing based on this? -Also, it's only on a few certain maps.

Do you have connected textures on on Optifine? If so turn it off.

Also: Try using a different texture pack.

It's like Sonny_Dude1 minecraft has run out of memory:
how to give minecraft more ram:
1. Click start
2. Rightclick on Computer
3. take properties
4. before you do this step look how many ram you have its there in the window, there are all your pc specifics. Then theres advanced systemsettings at the left side of the window open that
5. Click environment variables
6. make a now environment variables for user, name it " Path " with out the " " the value of it is " C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin " for me, this depends on which java youva installed look in the Program Files folder of your pc and then go to java and then in the bin then copy the path and paste it in the value of the first variable
7. mkae a new System variable name : " _JAVA_OPTIONS " , Value ( this depends on how many ram you have, i told you to look for that in the 4 step, if you have 8gb, the following is ok / good , if you have 4 change the numbers to 500 amd 1500 , if you have 2gb you cant change your java ram because if you do you whole system will crash. : " -Xincgc -Xms1024m -Xmx2048m "

Follow this and with the next time youll open minecraft youll have ... of 2024 on the top right if you press f3.
I hope that i could help you! :)
