What does it mean when it says minecraft has run out of memory or minecraft has crashed plz HELP!!!

It depends, if you have windows 7 open up the start menu and type %appdata% then go to your .minecraft folder and delete everything in it. From there go delete all the files in the folder, unless you want to save your world then backup the server file and saves file. Then delete all the rest because it doesn't matter. Open your minecraft launcher and click options, forceupdate, and login. It will redownload you're files and you can replace the old files that you had with a backup.
