Hi i just purchased a 1 month iron donor and it wouldn't work at first when i tried getting it for my account but then i donated the iron donor to my account by the gift to a sponsor or whatever it hasn't been 24 hours but i was just wondering if it was going to work.

It will definitely work. Just be patient, and you will get your donor soon. If it doesn't come within 24h then you can send an e-mail to the support e-mail. I think you are trying to say you donated and it's not working yet, I can't really tell, you aren't very clear
