Okay so, my computer is really annoying me right now, first of. It can't load Skype. Whenever I click on the icon it doesn't respond, secondly whenever I try to record with fraps it freezes my Minecraft screen, getting insanely annoying. Any help? :c

With Skype delete and reinstall. And try to clear up some videos you have that may be causing the freeze.

Instead of recording the videos to the hard drive on your computer, use an empty or almost empty hard drive to record on.

Out of 2TB of harddrive space, I've used up 200 gigs. Much of this space used up already came with the computer.

Maybe do a disk defrag.
1. in the start menu, type 'Disk Defragmenter'
2. Select your Hard drive and click 'Defrag'
3. DO NOT CLOSE THAT WINDOW UNTIL IT FINISHES! and if possible, don't do anything that requires your computer to work to hard while it is Defragmenting.

Try running an antivirus scan.
Delete System32.
Uninstall Hamachi (if you have it installed.)
If you are on Windows 8, download the desktop version of Skype.
Try using alternate recording software.
Delete and reinstall Fraps.
Delete the program files of Skype and run the installer.
Restart your computer.
Yeah :)
