I have a youtube channel but I am not sure what to record at in fraps. Like should it be 30 fps or 60 fps? Also I am having quiality loss when rendering in sony vegas D: Can anyone help?

My monitior is 1600 by 900 is that why the quality drops?

My monitor is 1600x900 as well, it shouldn't affect the quality that it produces.

As for recording, I personally set mine at 60 or 90, but I have a reasonable computer, if you watch Dragontixan's videos he puts it on 30 and it's still quite decent.

When you go to render your video, make sure to render in at least 720p. After you click 'Render as..' , under 'output format' click on the arrow next to 'MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4)'. Scroll down to 'Internet HD 720p' (or 1080p) and it will be a better quality video. When you upload the video to youtube it will be in HD.

This is just what i do. Hope it helped :)
