HELP I WAS BANNED FOR NO REASON!

I had just started and all I had was an iron ingot and an arrow and i was running through the brick houses and it just randomly told me i was temp. banned from the survival games for one hour!!! I have no mods, no hacks, nothing!!! HELP!!!!!!!
