[Help!] Having troubles connecting

I have been trying to play MCSG for a week now, I fugured I'd give it time but it has not resolved itself.

When I try to connect it says "Loading" for a minute and is then followed by "ReadTimeoutException : Null" any help please?

I've tried both, if that is true why am I banned? I've been playing MCSG daily over summer vacation and have done nothing wrong

I have no way of knowing why you would be banned. I don't know if you are banned.
