If you don’t know what exactly the Hell Games are, here is a breakdown of the main features.

    • There will be only chests at the cornucopia, none in the outskirts of the map.
    • Eating food won’t heal you, you must find other means of doing so.
    • There will be no nameplates above people’s heads, so you won’t know who people are(WIP, has been broken and stoof).
    • Everyone whose application is accepted will be placed into a district with a partner.
    • Your district partner is your only teammate.
    • There is one event each month.
    • There is a “Quarter Quell” every three months. (Next one will be Hell Games 9)

This idea seems kind of stupid..I don't mean EVERYTHING of this... I mean the:

    • Everyone whose application is accepted will be placed into a district with a partner.
    • Your district partner is your only teammate.

what if I have lets say 1.000.000 points , playing Hunger Games for 5 years , and hell games 1 year(NEVER HAPPEENZ) , and I get sorted with a noob , with 10 points , 3 months experience , spammer , hacker , and has 0 months played in hell games..Then wut? And what if someone that has 100.000 points gets sorted with someone that has 100.000 points too , won't that be Elo Hell?

The tributes are hand picked

Tributes are mostly chosen by a randomized lottery process. Also, tributes are evaluated to sort out who would create a game that's most fun to watch. It's quite a successful event.

Oooh.. So everyone gets a partner that is the same skilled like him? Ok that seems fair..
That's not always the case. XD
Basically, it's meant to be all even, but you wouldn't want there to be one super-OP team against a really inexperienced team.

Well, you would THINK that the gamemakers choose random people, and everyone that applies has an equal chance, but in reality they just pick people that they believe would make for an interesting and entertaining game. It's not really worth applying for unless you're at least somewhat well-known.
