Detailed Summary (Make this as detailed as possible):This was about 11:02 am, I didnt get his Full name but he was hacking in the water, swimming 2 times faster than usuall. 3 Spectators saw him hacking too. Everytime i play Hunger Games its either i die by falling in lava or a Hacker just kills me while I try to run away from it. This is Bad, I mean all i know is that his name starts with (FLAME)
