Upload the video to youtube.com and then post the link to the video afterwards.

Upload it to YouTube, make sure you list it as Unlisted to prevent any hate, then go to the report section, http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/report-abuse/, create a thread, and post the evidence.

But I don't want to make a YouTube account. So after I report, can I delete the account on YouTube?

What you need to do is post an abuse report. If you have recorded evidence, you can upload it as an Unlisted video, and include it within the abuse report.
