The best thing you can do is try to record it yourself so that you can get them on tape before anything bad happens (i.e. them killing everyone) and screenshots, and poke mods on teamspeak.
It's true that the connection between europe/america/canada and the AU servers can be terrible, but that's why we hire mods that live on that side of the world. If you go on teamspeak look for the little kangaroo by the mod's name. That means that they're Australian and should be able to help you out more efficiently.
The veryy least you can do though, is send us a warning about which players you think are hacking. So if you find someone who you think may be hacking, tell us who. Don't post a thread about it, just send me or another mod a private message.
Trust me, we're not turning a blind eye, but we need leads to go on before we can catch those hackers.
