Today I saw xHugote using strength and jump boost hacks in a game, he two shot my friend with an iron sword at full health and he jumped over 5 blocks to reach me- which is impossible

As mentioned above, make sure you have proof. But sometimes this may be the result of some lag. If this does happen make sure to get video footage of the alleged hacker and report it on the forums.
