Alright, there's been too many threads about people complaining that they are being kicked by donors. This thread is meant to help you not get kicked. If you do not know what a donor is, please refer to this thread.
1. Getting Donor Yourself
*RECOMMENDED*
This is the easiest way to not get kicked. You will be guaranteed a spot in a server (unless there are 24 donors already), and it only costs 10$ for one month.
2. Join Servers in End-Game/Cleanup
*RECOMMENDED*
Pretty straight-forward. Don't join servers that are in Lobby - 23/24. That is a sure way to get yourself kicked by a donor.
3. Join US30-40/EU30-40/etc.
*RECOMMENDED*
US1-10 are usually donor hotspots. Avoid these servers.
4. Becoming a Staff Member
*NOT RECOMMENDED*
Becoming a staff member is just like becoming a donor, but it comes with a lot more responsibility. You can apply here: http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/apply/ Your votes won't be worth as much as if you became a donor, but you'll be able to join full servers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT BECOME A MOD PURELY SO THAT YOU CAN JOIN FULL SERVERS. IF YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A MOD, DO SO BECAUSE YOU WANT TO HELP THE SERVERS OUT.
5. Becoming a VIP
*NOT RECOMMENDED*
Not exactly the easiest way, but it's just like being a donor. To become a VIP, you have to be important to the server (builder, graphics designer, important YouTuber, etc.). Please don't beg staff members to "give you VIP." Also, your votes are worth five votes now. Here's a list to help you out.
Regular Members = 1 vote
Moderators = 1 vote
Iron Donors = 2 votes
Gold Donors = 3 votes
Diamond Donors = 4 votes
VIP = 5 votes
Hopefully, this thread stops the spam of "WHY WASD I KICKED OMMGG" and "PLZ REMOVE DONORS." If you have any further questions, feel free to reply to this thread.
