Why don't you use Pex? It's much more easier.

Are you actually in the owner group? I know you're opped but are you in the group? c:

The command is "/manuadd DriftMC Owner"

If that doesn't work, try editing it in the config file.

It's a lot easier to configure the permissions through the .yml file.
