Graphic Art: Pen Tablets?

Hey guys! I wanted the artists opinions. I am getting a little into graphic art, and wanted to know what to buy:

Cintiq 12WX
Cintiq 22HD
Cintiq 24HD

Unsure about those tablets, but my recommendation on using either mouse-tablet, I prefer mouse because I'm more steady using that then pen.

A cintiq is bad to start off with, I recommend an Intuos or bamboo to learn the ropes with.

If you want to start get a bamboo. Cintiq is for people that already have experience with tablets.
