IF THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT AREA OF THE FORUMS PLEASE TELL ME.

So, as some of you may know, lately I've been working on The Icy Crash, a 1:1 replica of the Titanic for MCSG. But, when I go near my glass dome, my Minecraft exits with no crash report, though there is one in the crashreports file.
The base of the map is mostly water, with ice and it was made in WorldPainter. I have tried putting stone around the edges of the map, which drops into void, as I thought rendering water falling down was the problem. It wasn't.
So I made another world the exact same way. I made sure caves were not naturally spawning, and there was no sand or gravel underground which would fall in, as that can cause lag. Nope, not it.
I found every time I came within 50 blks of my dome, or if I turned my render distance up, my minecraft would just crash. I would move my character in MCEdit and try it again, this time with another theory.
I will be uploading a version of the map to PMC soon anyway, so then you can get a better idea. But my world just won't work.

Here is the report (if you can tell me how to put in spoilers, I'll change this, and if the .txt doesn't work)

Also, I use Magic Launcher (easy optifine), though minecraft does the same thing on its own

If you need anything else, tell me please. Thanks in advance guys.

Hi there. Hmmm, it's obvious that it's something wrong with your glass dome. Have you tried world editing the dome? If so, how large is the dome?

The dome is 550 x 550 x 360
That is: Length, width, height

Just to make it clearer, the dome is half the height specified; it goes to the 250 block mark

It was made in MCEdit

Also I've done the same thing before, on other maps (sme size, same settings) but it has never crashed like this before this world

Is it just your minecraft, or can anyone else go in and around the world if you give it to them?

No, opening to LAN and letting my friend go near crashed it, and no, I've tried deleting all of my .minecraft

Although I'll try now.

That is a large dome, may I suggest using a glass cylinder with a reasonable height so people cannot ender pearl over it. This would use less blocks and maybe stop it from crashing. Sorry I am not tech kind of guy :p

Thanks, but I've made 600 x 600 and it doesn't crash; only on these worlds, even when the water is restricted

Try using world edit rather than MCEdit, that might be your problem.

I know! It was the 1.8 beta! I'll try an older one, thanks.
