Good Recording Software For Mac

Personally I would use fraps, however you use a mac, I have heard that a software called ScreenFlow for Mac is pretty good!

I use Screenflow when recording on my Mac. Its easy and has editing software for the footage built in, and you can do some cool things with the footage in there. It's good enough for minecraft videos.
I've never tried using Quicktime for recording Minecraft but I've heard its good.

And just to reiterate, Fraps is windows only, but it is the best.
