This happened to me on sg2 on 48 players. There is a room with 4 double tier 1s, however on the 24 player server one of the chests is tier 2.
In the 48 player servers this chest is invisible and when you click on it it opens a chest and a half (look at the screenie). Normally it contains tier one items, however in one game i played today it had saddles, enchanting bottles, 4 crafting tables and 3 golden apples.....
The chest is invisible in every 48 player game, but in this on it was glitched and for some reason changed to a tier 3
