Glitch?

I think there is a glitch with boats, whenever I see a person get out of the boat (if it breaks), then the person inside that boat is glitched. Usually this glitch teleports the person back to where the player got on the boat (from opposing vision), but on you're screen, you are still where the boat broke. Recently this has happened twice against me, it shows the player (in my instance) still on land after I break their boat, but then on their screen they are right next to me. It's as if the player is invisible on my screen (them being nowhere near me) but actually being still near me.

Long story short, in my experience, boats are buggy.
Fix please ?
