Glitch with faction member

All servers on mcsg cause my faction member to get this message

Other servers done cause this issue so we thought it must be something wrong with the server connection to her.

I don't java, so I can't give you a definite answer; however, I have seen this error multiple times. One reason may be that they are banned, but it also could mean that they can't connect properly.

The person in question is currently banned, and that would be the reason why he/she cannot connect.
