What stage of the game ( Lobby, In-Game, Deathmatch): In-Game + Deathmatch
Approximately how many tributes and spectators: As long as there is 1 spectator this is
possible.
Detailed Summary (Make this as detailed as possible): This bug/cheat consists of a
spectator standing infront of a player inside a game. When a player attempts to kill
another player using a bow and arrows, if the spectator stands in the way, the arrows will
bounce off him and hit the person using the bow. This Glitch/bug seems to be
very common since teams use it to their advantage.

Note; You most likely already know about this, if so, is it fixable?
(Similar sort of situation with spectators 'luring' mobs... but that's another story )

I never knew that worked...Also as a spectator you can push creepers towards players, and also if you get lucky push the player off the building or something
