General Support Section Issues

Problem: Unfortunately, most people that are new to the forums don't like to read all of the sections, and instead just create a thread in the first section that they feel fits what they want to create a thread about. So when a person like that wants to create a thread about a ban dispute or a report abuse, for that reason they often end up putting it in General Support. Because based on the name "General Support" they feel that it sounds like the right place to create their thread. Instead of looking for an even better place to write it, they go ahead and write it. Especially for report abuse, it is a big privacy issue, to have players accusing others of things in a public thread. Not to mention it is annoying for the rest of the forumers to have a section filled with junk.

Fix: Move report abuse and ban disputes above general discussion so their eyes hit that first. This way we will have players posting threads who really need support, and players won't waste time telling them where to put it, and mods won't waste time deleting these threads.

Yes, this isn't the biggest problem, but it has the simplest of fixes. Why not fix it!
