Gaming Mouse Question

How do you set the side buttons to the certain keystrokes you assigned them to? I just got a new mouse and can't figure it out. Did you download a specific software to do it? Side buttons are for nubs. Use a Logitech M305

I got the exact same mouse, lol. I'm on a mac though. I just went into my mc controls and changed the zoom button from ctrl to one of the side buttons.

I had the Microsoft Mobile Mouse 4000 for a couple of years...it takes a lot of getting used to for playing with a gaming mouse. I suck right now lol
