I'd either get the Razer Naga if you are up in the $100's price range, Deathadder in the $50's-$60's, for $70's-$90's, I'd go for either a Corsair or a Logitech Gaming Mouse

I suggest the Razer Deathadder. It's a very fast click speed, it fits perfectly in my hand, and if you set the sprint key to the side buttons, you can get some INSANE wombo combos.

The razer death adder is what I use, It's pretty big and only has 2 side buttons. But it's a safe bet

When I still had my bad $20 mouse from BigW (please don't bring back the bad memories ;-: ), people were gave me recommendations to buy either the Razor DeathAdder or Razor Naga. The Naga has a lot of side buttons numbering from 1-9 and is very useful, I however went with the DeathAddder because I didn't feel like I needed many side buttons (DeathAdder has 2).
