I heard that if you wait 30 seconds after you have been hit and do /kill it doesn't count as a loss...

Hello,
If leave in pre-game the game will not count towards your ratio. In addition to this, you can also wait in-game for around 30 seconds, make sure you have 10 hearts so that it will work. Doing either of these things will mean that the game doesn't count towards your ratio.
