Game thinks it hasn't started for me alone

When a game starts it's as if it hasn't started and doesn't let me move anywhere for a considerable amount like 2 blocks, then get pushed back as if I'm on the starting block. It takes about 30 seconds to update during which time I generally die at centre.

This really needs to be fixed it's happened about 4 times to me today.

We have seen this bug pop up with some people. Can I ask what were you doing at the time before it started? What server were you on?
