Frequent disconnects lately, packet loss in Phoenix?

I noticed a lot of lag spikes starting a few nights ago, and tonight I've been getting disconnected via timeout while in lobbies, so I did a traceroute and found a whole lot of packet loss stemming from a node in Phoenix - frequently over 50%. Just a heads-up to anyone else experiencing recent issues.

Specifically, the trouble node's DNS name was bb1.cwie.10.1.phx0.cwie.net, IP 64.38.200.1, and I'm connecting from near Kingston, NY. Switching from Google's DNS to OpenDNS did nothing. Looks like trouble right near the MCSG servers.
