Free Video Compresser?

Hey everyone, I just bought a copy of Fraps and have begun recording hackers, but my video files are horrendously large, and I need a way to compress them. Does anyone know any good, free video compressor programs I could use? Or how I could use a built in part of Fraps (if it has it).

I use AnyVideoConverter, and just shrink them to a small sized .mp4. But other formats and sizes work as well. Just remember not to compress them too much, otherwise the quality will be too bad to be used as evidence (like we can't see name tags)

I record in half size and render it out with windows movie maker.

Like Slasher said, record in half size and then re-render it in WMV (Windows Movie Maker) This makes the video fragment a lot smaller.

Any tutorials for recording in half size? I might know how to do it, but it would be easier for it just to be explained to me XD

If you start up Fraps, click on the tab 'Movies'.
Then under the big 'Disable' button it says Full Size and Half Size, make sure Half Size is tit.
