You should be pretty good in terms of Minecraft. Probably around 150 consistently.

However, you'll be a little more hard-pressed to get good FPS to CS:GO and BF4. You'll need to get a stronger dedicated graphics card to get better FPS. I'd project probably around 70 FPS on medium settings. I haven't used that card before, so I don't know 100%. Just a rough estimate.

I'm running a 4670K and a GTX 770, and I get 250 FPS in Minecraft maxed out, and 100 FPS on Ultra in BF4.

Minecraft should be good but you might need a better graphics card for Battle field and CS:GO

Nah Windows 8 is actually really good tbh. Between the two OSs it's really just based on preference. I've used both a long time and love both but 8 is my preferred one

i prefer 7, i hate metro ui. friend has 8.1, still hate it.
