How do i put a video in my forum signature?

How do I remove the follow the rules thingy?

How do I change my stat tracker?

They are GIFs not videos, and you need a direct link from things like photobucket.

What follow the rules thing?

You can't "change" your stat tracker unless you use photoshop but then it won't update anymore since it would be a picture
