Food doesn't refill!

I swear I have a really glitchy time on this server, first my score randomly dropped and now there is this. Almost every time I eat something and replenish my food bars like 2 seconds later they are gone again and the food is gone! When eating things like rotten flesh and raw chicken that poisons you the same thing will happen but after the hunger bars disappear i'm still poisoned and loosing bars! >.<
