Please, next time you make a post, take a minute to calm down.
We on the forums tend to appreciate kind, well-thought out posts rather than rude ones :).

To answer your question, the lag could be server side-- or it could be client side.

Server side lag is being worked on.
Lag comes with every new bug fix, and will be ironed out shorty.

For client side lag, check the ping you have on all the server divisions, and chose the least laggy region for you; i.e playing AU servers if you live in Australia.

Then, take a look at your Internet.
If you can directly wire it into your computer, that'd be ideal for a quicker connection.

There are various things to try that I can't even remember, seeing as its rather late, so I'll just refer you to a guide: http://cnation.net/cn/viewtopic.php?p=4888

Another thing to try for client side lag is installing OptiFine, a minecraft mod that generally doubles FPS.
You can find a link, and installation guide here~ http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic...d2-fps-boost-hd-textures-aa-af-and-much-more/.

Please don't make pointless rage threads like this. Lag is not something we can just fix, and most of the time there is nothing we can do about it, so please be patient. Locked.
