Fishing rod catch help!

Ok, so when I was fishing for a saddle on my MC Server, I caught this book. It had knockback 2 and efficiency 4. I don't know if I can separate the two enchantments or something like that because knockback is and enchantment for your sword, while efficiency is an enchantment for your pickaxe. If you know any info,

1. That book is useless, since you can't put knock ii and eff iv with anything
2. There is a wiki for a reason.

I checked the wiki and i couldnt find ANYTHING. could i put it on my pick and it'll also have knockback?

The way it works is if u anvil it on a sword u will get knockback 2 and on a pick eff 4 it is a 1 or the other choice thing
