Firewall HELP PLEASE

ok so i figured out the issue in why i cant join servers, i disabled my firewall and was able to join servers. so my question is how do i enable minecraft port to pass threw my firewall?

Things ive tried. going into advanced setting in firewall and making a new rule in the inbound and outbount section

adding minecraft to the rest of the programs my firewall allows.

I really need help with this please.

NEVER MIND. PROBLEM IS FIXED. for those who have the same issue as me, all i did was restore my firewall setting.
