Ticket system​

To keep a better, organized help system, where each player get help in the right order we need a ticket system. There's an excellent plugin for this. Moderators and above can view these tickets. This prevents spam in the chat from people shouting "MOD!! HELP PLS!!". This is also somewhat of a warranty that all players will get the help they need.

A ticket contains the following information:

• Name of the submitter
• Date and time of the ticket
• Status of the ticket
• Location of request
• Message
• Staff member
• Comments

General Commands:

• /comment <id> <comment> to add a comment to a ticket
• /mods to see what mods are online (vanished players will not appear on the list)
• /modhelp to get to the Help page

For the individual player:

• To file a ticket you type /modreq <message>

Example as follows:
/modreq I got griefed by Deatlev and he killed my sheep!
or
/modreq How do I find out what items are banned?

• To check the status of your latest 5 tickes, type /status
• To check the info of one of your tickets, type /status <id>

For the moderators and above:

• To get a list of all open tickets, type /check <page>

You can also check claimed and closed tickets by typing /check <closed/claimed> <page>

• To check out a certain modreq you can either type /check id <id> or /ticket <id>
• To claim a modreq you type /claim <id>
• To close a modreq you type /done <id> <message> (This message will go directly to the player)
• To teleport to a modreq you type /tp-id <id>
• To re-open a modreq you type /re-open <id> <message>

For the all-powerful:

• To reset the database you type /cleartickets
• To update modreq you type /updatemodreq
• To reload modreq you type /modreload

Summary​

With this plugin, it will be easier to track players that need help in any way ingame and eliminates the use of the grief report forum. I have seen this plugin in action and it is very useful.
Pros:

• Players will get help in the right order and will not be forgot in the crowd
• Staff will have a more organized job
• Grief report forum will not be needed
• If no staff are online, players will still get help

Cons:

• Players can modreq non-relative questions (warning/kick/tempban?)
