Favorite Doctor Who moments?

So, what are your favorite moments in Doctor Who? Classic series or current! My personal favorites are: The 11th doctor's "I am talking" speech and the "Wrath of a time lord" speech about the 10th doctor.

The 11th's first episode (with the speech to the giant eye thing who's name I've forgot). Every single use of Allons-y, geronimo, and fantastic. Hm, I haven't watched Doctor Who in months... will update with more I think of.
