Falling Glitch?

In SG5 when you have to jump into the hole to get the chests, I get a glitch that teleports me back to the top and gives me fall damage. I usually die from it. I get it on other maps too and some of my friends do also.

Is there a way I can fix it or is it something I have to live with?

This keeps happening to me but on breeze island only
