Extremely Unstable Internet

Hi there,
So I've recently (about 1.5-2 weeks now) been experiencing EXTREMELY unstable internet. By this I mean that my ping can drop from 70ms to 1000+ and anywhere inbetween.

Here's some speedtests to show my normal and unstable connections.

Now, the peculiar thing is, this only seems to happen on my computer and when I reboot my computer it resolves itself (temporarily). I'm thinking that this is a problem with the wireless card (I am using wifi) but I wouldn't know for sure. If some clarification could be given that would be great, let me know if you need any more information.

The only time I've seen this was in my friend one time that he had some problems with his internet. He seriously got 5000 ping for 5 minutes. After that, he just restarted his router and waited 1 day and it was fixed.
