I have been waiting for over a week now and when I finally received my interview, either the network's internet didn't or mine didn't. There havn't been any interviews I could have participated in since. What I'm trying to say is that when it finally was my turn it was 2am and I will not be able to stay up that long anymore since my parents will turn off the internet at midnight (CEST)

Im just asking this: Why do you have the interviews so late for the EU people? No wonder that there's so few EU moderators. Why can't you just have the interview a bit earlier so EU people can partcipate in it aswell?

I don't think there's a specific time that they do them.

There isn't, it's just that me and Ze_Master have been speaking about the fact that interviews usually take place in the early morning of our time zones, for example; 2am my time, 3 am his time. We understand that there isn't a set time and that staff are busy but perhaps if staff could schedule interviews instead of doing it when there ready it would be beneficial for us and for the senior moderators/Administrators too. Apologies if it would not be beneficial for the staff to do so but in my opinion, this would be the best way and fairest way to do interviews.:)

The problem with scheduled times is that things often come up that would prevent the staff from having them. It'd not be good to repeatedly miss times. I think that the times enough Sr. Staff can make it happen to be bad for you, which sucks, but I don't know if you'd be able to get one earlier unless it was a weekend.

I understand, and the earliest I could possibly get on would probably be 4pm GMT on a weekday but I guess me and @ZeMaster will just have to be patient and keep waiting :p

There isn't a specific time. I had my interview at around 11 PM at night.

There is no specific time that they do interviews. It basically boils down to who's on. I know someone who had their interview at 3am in the morning, EST. The best thing you could do would be to poke a few Sr. mods about it.

As I havn't tried that already ;P But the thing is, it all depends on if an admin has time for an interview.

Complaining about your interview could hurt your chances. Just hang out in the waiting room as much as you can to try to get recognized by the Sr Staff. :)

Since you need 1 admin and 2 sr.mods for an interview it does make it difficult for EU applicants since there are only like 3 EU sr.mods which means that it is more likely to have US sr.mods in your interview and since the US is about 5 hours behind the EU and most if not all the sr.mods have jobs in real life it means that they dont get home intill around dinner time (4pm onwards) so its around 9pm for us when they get on teamspeak then when they do get on they have work to do so it does get on to 11PM before they even start interviews also the admins have alot of work to do for the servers and are constantly busy so you have to wait for them to finish the work they have.

Your best bet for an interview is the weekends as more sr.mods are on for longer periods of time but the key thing is to be patient and wait for you interview as it will come eventually and if you can wait it proves you are dedicated.
